Size exchange orders are subject to approval depending on the items condition. Item should not be used. Tags and hygiene liners should be still intact.

Exchange of size is subject to approval by Bilad to ensure stock availability. Please be sure of the size set you will purchase.

Once size exchange is approved by the store, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of the delivery fee for exchange orders (return and replacement)

Items bought on sale cannot be returned/refunded.
