Prices of the items do not include the shipping fee.

Shipping fee will depend on the address. It will be added to the total amount during checkout. 

Once paid, cancellation of orders are not allowed.

Strictly no refund on all items. Please be 100% of your purchase. 

The store does not sell different size for top and bottom. 

No refunds or exchanges unless the items received was defective or damaged. 

The store does not accept any reservations. 

The store is not liable for any delay, loss or damage incurred while the item is in transit. 

Size exchange orders are subject to approval depending on the items condition. Item should not be used. Tags and hygiene liners should be still intact. 

Exchange of size is subject to approval by Bilad to ensure stock availability. Please be sure of the size set you will purchase. 

Once size exchange is approved by the store, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of the delivery fee for exchange orders (return and replacement) 

Items bought on sale cannot be returned/refunded. 

The store has the right to change the prices of available items during pop ups, events and on website. 

The store does not handle booking services for same day delivery orders.
